These terms govern your use of Apex Picks, a sports information and analysis subscription. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports information and analysis is legal. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.

What we provide

Apex Picks publishes opinions, analysis, and research about sporting events for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not accept wagers, we are not a sportsbook, and nothing on the service is financial, investment, or betting advice. We do not promise any outcome or profit. Sports betting carries substantial risk of loss, and any decision you make is your own.

Accounts and access

• You sign in with Whop. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Access tiers, trials, and passes grant the level of content described at the time of purchase. Access ends when a subscription lapses or a pass or trial window expires.
• We may suspend or end access for misuse, including sharing or redistributing picks, scraping the service, or attempting to bypass access controls.

Billing

Payments are processed by Whop. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A free trial requires a payment method and converts to a paid subscription at the chosen tier unless you cancel before it ends. Passes are one time and do not renew. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account.

Intellectual property

The content, analysis, and software are owned by Apex Picks and provided for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute picks or analysis.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Apex Picks is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or any betting decisions you make.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
