This policy explains what Apex Picks collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

What we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Whop we receive a Whop user identifier and basic profile details such as your email.
• Billing data. Payments are handled by Whop. We receive membership and entitlement status, not your full card details.
• Usage data. Standard logs and basic analytics about how the service is used, to keep it secure and improve it.

How we use it

We use your data to authenticate you, determine which content your tier unlocks, process and manage billing through Whop, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate, including Whop for payments and identity and Supabase for data storage. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention and security

We keep account and entitlement records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law.
