Refund Policy

Apex Picks sells access to information and analysis. Because content is delivered immediately and continuously, the policy below sets clear expectations before you buy.

Free trial

The trial gives you full access for the trial window with a payment method on file. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to the monthly tier you chose.

Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for a period already started, except where required by law.

Day and week passes

Passes are one time purchases that grant access for a fixed window and do not renew. Because access begins right away, passes are not refundable once the window has started, except where required by law.

Billing issues

If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, contact us promptly and we will review it in good faith. Payments are processed by Whop, and some adjustments are handled through Whop.
